The love interest and friend of Connor “Rebel” O’Reilly, Ann acts as his common sense, even though he doesn’t always act on her advice.  She’s based on both the delectable Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and a girl in my class during secondary school that I had a crush on.  She will remain anonymous.

Ann was an attempt by me to create a civilian character that wouldn’t be an annoying Mary-Sue solely defined by her relationship to the main hero.  Not sure if it worked, but you decide.  She also allows me to experience things such as veganism and having a folk rock career!
